Minute Chocolate Mug Cake



~ last nite tingin nak makan kek...so carik ler resepi...jupe la resepi nie...before mr.yon balik, try la buat dulu...kot2 x jadi...Al-hamdulillah..jadik..ekeke...senang bangat!

~then datang pulak mr.yon nyer kawan²...sambil2 depa dok sembang plus makan bihun goreng ^_^ , saya pun try ler wat sekali lagi...ekeke...apo lagi...licin ler...ekeke..boh eskrem...perghhhh! marveless!!! ... tapi kek nie rasanya kalo simpan, sure keras, so better abehkan after kuar microwave tu...alaaaa....buat dalam mug je pun kannnn...sure abeh nye la...ekeke...

*abeh la dayet kali nie...ye la...3 minit je dah siap! wuwuwuwu... -_-"

Ingredients:

1 Coffee Mug (Microwavable)
4 Tablespoons flour (not self-raising)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil (saya boh minyak jagung)
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) (boh banyak, kompem sedap!)
A small splash of vanilla extract
*kasik ketuk itu chocolate bar, pehtu tabur atas acuan kek tu...perghhh!!! sedap woooo!!!)

Directions:

Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well

Add the egg and mix thoroughly

Pour in milk and oil and mix well

Add chocolate chips and vanilla extract and mix again

Place mug in microwave and cook for 3 minutes on high (1000 watt microwave)

The cake will rise over top of the mug, do not be alarmed!

Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto plate if desired, I drizzled cocolate syrup on mine.
Eat and Enjoy!

tips:
**add mint extract or vary the kind of chips (i.e. white chocolate, or peanut butter)
**drizzle with chocolate or caramel syrup and whip cream
**poke hole in top of cake once on plate and add sweetened consdensed milk to make a volcano cake!
