Chocolate Ganache Topping

Bahan-bahan
150 g whipping cream
200 g cooking choc. (potong kecik2)
Cara-cara
1. masak whipping cream dengan api sederhana.
2. bila dah mendidih buble-buble kecil, padamkan api, masukkan chocolate yang telah dipotong kecil-kecil.
3. Kacau sehingga ketulan chocolate tu cair.
Nota : maklang tambah 1sb majerin
